1. Text Messaging Terms of Use
By “Opting In” to or using a “Text Message Service” (as defined below) from Abundant Life Wealth Management, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
This agreement is between you and Abundant Life Wealth Management or one of its affiliates. All references to “Abundant Life Wealth Management,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to:

DEFINITIONS
“Opting In,” “Opt In,” or “Opt-In” refers to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.
“Text Message Service” includes any arrangement in which we send one or more messages to your mobile phone number, including SMS, MMS, or successor messaging technologies.
CONSENTING TO TEXT MESSAGING
By consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Text Messaging Terms & Conditions, as well as Abundant Life Wealth Management’s Privacy Policy.
These documents are incorporated into this agreement by reference.
E-SIGN DISCLOSURE
By agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message.
2. Text Messaging Service Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Information you provide through this service is used solely to:
- Deliver mobile messages to you
- Respond to your communications
- Support message delivery through carriers, platform providers, and vendors
We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent will never be shared with third parties.
We may disclose information only as required by law, regulation, or governmental request, or to protect our rights or property.
This Text Message Service Privacy Policy applies only to your use of the Text Message Service and does not modify our general Privacy Policy.
COSTS OF TEXT MESSAGES
We do not charge for text messages sent or received through this service.
However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier or service plan.
FREQUENCY OF TEXT MESSAGES
This service supports conversational, person-to-person messaging between you and Abundant Life Wealth Management team members.
You may receive:
- An initial service message, and
- Additional messages depending on your interactions with us (for example, if you send a HELP request)
Message frequency varies based on your ongoing communications with our staff.
OPTING OUT OF TEXT MESSAGES
To stop receiving messages, reply to any message with one of the following:
STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE
Opt-out requests apply to the specific conversation and the specific phone number used by the Abundant Life Wealth Management employee messaging you.
After unsubscribing, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
